Modern Revival

In the heart of Ancaster, Ontario, we transformed this sun-drenched property into a year-round outdoor sanctuary—where dining, lounging, and entertaining coexist in perfect harmony. The homeowners wanted a space that offered shelter from the elements without sacrificing style, ensuring that summer heat or unexpected weather never interrupted their time outdoors.
At the core of the design is a striking pavilion, carefully crafted with a flat roof to maintain a sleek, contemporary aesthetic while avoiding an overpowering presence. This expansive structure provides ample shade and protection, allowing the outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounge areas to be enjoyed in any season.
The castellated siding adds a bold architectural statement, setting the tone for a refined yet inviting atmosphere. To create cohesion, matching stone finishes were used across the outdoor kitchen, firepit, and waterfall wall, seamlessly tying the entire space together. And with a thoughtfully designed outdoor washroom, convenience meets luxury—ensuring bathers can stay immersed in the outdoor experience without ever needing to step inside.
This project is more than just an outdoor space—it’s a modern retreat that blends function and sophistication, allowing the homeowners to entertain, relax, and unwind without limits.
